《The Principal's Concept of School Governance》

　　Facing the challenges of globalization and digitalization, the diverse fulfillment of
learning needs, the survival competition due to declining birth rates, and the
increasing demands for teaching professionalism, my leadership strategy will fully
develop the school's vision as follows:
